Meet Our Founders

Andrew Newsome
Co-Founder
Andrew is a founding partner of Parrish Street Capital (“PSC”).
Over his career, Andrew has completed several buyout transactions across multiple industry sectors, representing over $800 Million in enterprise value.
Prior to founding PSC, Andrew was a Vice President at ScaleCo Capital, a Cleveland-based private equity firm with where he led the deal execution and diligence efforts primarily in the distribution and tech enabled services industries. Andrew also served as Vice President of Innoplast, a ScaleCo portfolio company, where he managed the day-to-day management of all three businesses units. Prior to ScaleCo, Andrew served as Chief of Staff to the COO of Flynn group where he supported the acquisition of over 1,000 restaurants while working with operators to enhance the group’s value creation strategy. Earlier in his career, Andrew was a management consultant at ZS Associates where he focused on strategy, data analytics and go to market strategies for a variety of fortune 100 companies across the healthcare industry.
Andrew received a B.S in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University and was selected as a Crains 20 in their 20s, and Forbes 30 under 30 honoree. Andrew currently resides in Cleveland with his wife Allison Newsome, Esq..

Donald (Donnie) L. Bedney III
Co-Founder
Donald (Donnie) L. Bedney III is a founding Partner of Parrish Street Capital (“PSC”).
Throughout his career, he’s been involved in an amalgamation of opportunities in Consulting, Human Resources, Healthcare, and Private Equity in various companies such as ScaleCo Capital, Gallup, Press Ganey, and Duma Works. Donnie’s mission is to harness well-directed human capital to achieve extraordinary performance.
As a culture transformation expert, he helps executives and their leadership teams achieve exceptional outcomes in the areas of safety, quality, customer experience, workforce, and engagement. He brings this commitment to superior performance to each of his clients and three decades of experience in translating organizational needs into successful business strategies. Overall, he desires to help 1 billion companies worldwide resist mediocrity and aim for institutional excellence as they develop their employees.
Donald received his MBA from Seton Hall in 2008. He is blessed to have a beautiful daughter named Sofia with his wife, Dr. Taidine Lopes-Bedney.
